We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and after. When you enter sensitive information on our registration or order forms, we use secure socket layer technology (SSL) to encrypt that information, preventing unauthorized users from intercepting data.
When checking a website’s security, look for a key or lock symbol in the status bar - this indicates a site that uses SSL. Never enter your credit card information on a web site form that does not display one of these symbols in the status bar.
Federal Brace will never send you emails asking for personal information. If you receive emails of this nature, please forward them to customerservice@federalbrace.com so we can address any fraudulent emails.
Company Privacy Policy
Federal Brace takes the privacy of its customers data very seriously. As part of your shopping experience with us, we only collect information that we need so that we can successfully process your transaction, fulfil your order and provide you with the services you expect then and in the future. This information may include, but is not limited to, details which include identifying information such as name, email, shipping/billing address, credit card number, and expiration date.
Unless we have your express consent we will only disclose personal data to third parties if this is required for the purpose of completing your transaction with us. This information is not stored in our website but will be stored with our credit card processor so it is not visible to our staff but accessible to you for future orders.
Shipping & Return Policies
Large quantity orders may need to ship via freight carrier and will be subject to freight charges. Freight shipments are a minimum charge of $200. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. In-stock orders are typically shipped out within 24 business hours. Delivery times will vary depending on item availability and destination. Please note that orders for custom products have a 3-6 week lead time. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you need to return or exchange your products. Federal Brace cannot accept the return of items that have been altered in any way, and custom manufactured products cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance items are expressly final sale—no returns or refunds. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please reach out to us at customerservice@federalbrace.com or call us at (877) 353-8899 to be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. This will assist with prompt processing of any returns and refunds. Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing time.

Return Procedure
- Contact Federal Brace to obtain the REF.
- Print and fill out the REF. Return the REF, along with your carefully repackaged product.
- Federal Brace will receive the return and process your refund or exchange.
Damages In Shipping And Manufacturers Defects
Although we thoroughly inspect product before shipping to ensure that only premium product is delivered, errors do happen and a defective item may still get out. We apologize if this has happened and will gladly handle an exchange. If you are returning a defective part, carefully repackage the item. Damage in return shipping can potentially alter defective returns in such a manner that they are not returnable. Notice of return needs to happen within 30 days of order receipt. We will arrange the shipping of your damaged merchandise back to our distribution center and will issue a replacement order after inspection of the part.
Customer Choice Return
For all returns (excluding damages and defects), you must repackage the order using original packaging materials assuring that the product is suitable for shipping. The customer is responsible to ship the order back to Federal Brace in a timely manner. You may use the shipping carrier that is most convenient for you. Contact Federal Brace about the return within 30 days of receiving of your order to ensure that a return can be processed. Merchandise returned for customer convenience is always subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Cancelled Orders
Please note that all sales orders placed for custom product, made-to-order, or production run stock products may be subject to a cancellation fee. Fee is determined by status of project at the time of cancellation. Contact our customer service team with further questions.
